What: Available delivery methods are shown at Checkout based on the listing and seller settings.
How: Buyers should review costs and estimated delivery times before purchase.

What: When tracking is provided, buyers can open it from order notifications and the Orders area.
Example: Tapping a Notification like "Your order has shipped" opens the tracking details directly.
4. Lost or damaged parcels
How: Buyers should contact the seller through Messages first.
Important: If unresolved, use Contact Support with order details. ROVEXO may facilitate dispute resolution under the Complaint & Dispute Resolution Policy.
