1. Payment processing
What: Buyer payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Important: ROVEXO does not store full card numbers on its servers.
2. Payment methods
What: Buyers may save cards and supported wallet methods.
How: Manage them from Settings → Payment Methods.
3. Seller payouts
What: Seller proceeds are credited to the ROVEXO Wallet before withdrawal to a verified bank account.
How: See the Wallet Terms for withdrawal steps.
4. Refunds and chargebacks
What: Refunds are processed through ROVEXO payment infrastructure.
How: They may appear in Wallet statements for sellers.
5. Common questions
- Which payment methods can I save? Cards and supported wallet methods, managed in Settings → Payment Methods.
- Is my card data stored by ROVEXO? No — card details are tokenised and stored by Stripe, not ROVEXO.
- What happens to a refund on my card? It is returned through Stripe to the original payment method.
