Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: 30 July 2026
1. Lawful use
What: You must use ROVEXO lawfully and respect the rights of others.
Why: Lawful, respectful use keeps the marketplace safe for buyers and sellers alike.
2. Prohibited behaviour
What: Do not harass users, manipulate reviews, circumvent fees, scrape the platform without permission, upload malware, impersonate others, or use ROVEXO for unlawful gambling, weapons trafficking, or fraud.
Example: Asking a buyer to pay outside ROVEXO to avoid platform fees is prohibited fee circumvention.
3. Account integrity
What: One person must not operate multiple accounts to evade enforcement.
Important: Do not share accounts in ways that compromise security.
4. Automated access
What: Bots and automated purchasing tools are prohibited.
Notes: This does not apply where ROVEXO provides a documented API or integration.
5. Enforcement
How: Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or account suspension under the Account Suspension Policy.
6. Common questions
- What counts as fee circumvention? Arranging payment outside ROVEXO to avoid platform fees for a transaction discovered on ROVEXO.
- Can I open a second account after a suspension? No — creating additional accounts to evade enforcement is itself a violation.
- How do I report abuse? Use in-product report tools or Contact Support.
