Community Guidelines

What: Treat buyers, sellers, and support staff respectfully in Messages, reviews, and Ideas submissions.

Why: A respectful marketplace is more pleasant and trustworthy for everyone.

What: Use your own photos where possible, disclose wear and defects, and do not mislead buyers about authenticity or condition.

Example: A listing for a used item should show real photos of any marks or wear, not stock images only.

What: Ratings and Reviews should reflect genuine experiences after eligible Orders.

Important: Do not trade Reviews, manipulate Ratings, or post retaliatory content.

What: Do not share another person's personal data in public areas or Messages without consent.

How: Use Report Listing or Report Seller tools when you believe content violates policy.

What if I receive a rude message? Report it using the in-product report tools, and it will be reviewed under the Acceptable Use Policy.
Can I ask a buyer to change their review? You may reply professionally through Messages, but you must not offer incentives to change a genuine review.
How do I flag a fake listing? Use Report Listing on the listing page.
