When and how ROVEXO restricts or closes accounts.
Account Suspension Policy
Effective date: 30 July 2026
1. Grounds
What: ROVEXO may restrict, suspend, or close accounts for policy violations, fraud risk, chargeback abuse, unsafe listings, repeated reports, or legal requirements.
Why: Enforcement protects the safety and trust of the whole marketplace.
2. Actions
What: Actions may include listing removal, withdrawal holds, messaging limits, or full account suspension.
Example: A confirmed counterfeit listing may be removed immediately, with the seller's account placed under review.
3. Notice
How: Where appropriate we will notify you through email or in-app notifications with the reason and next steps.
4. Appeals
What: You may appeal through Contact Support with additional context.
How: Appeals are reviewed by moderation staff.
5. Repeat offenders
Important: Accounts with repeated serious violations may be permanently banned and reported to authorities where required.
6. Common questions
- Will I always be told why my account was actioned? Yes, where appropriate, through email or in-app notification with reasons and next steps.
- Can I appeal a suspension? Yes — use Contact Support with any additional context.
- Does a withdrawal hold mean I lose my money? No — a hold is a temporary review step, not a forfeiture, unless fraud is confirmed.
