Purpose

Send, receive, and accept offers safely on ROVEXO.

Explanation

Use Make Offer on a listing or in Conversation Hub.

Steps

1. Enter your offer amount.

2. Wait for the seller to accept, decline, or counter.

3. Pay only through ROVEXO after acceptance.

Never pay outside ROVEXO — you lose purchase protection.

Examples

• Open Settings → Help Centre to find this guide again.
• Use search in Help Centre for related policies and legal documents.

Common mistakes

• Looking for Help or Legal on the Profile menu — both live under Settings.
• Leaving ROVEXO to negotiate off-platform (purchase protection may not apply).
