Purpose

Report issues and request review.

Explanation

Report a listing

• Open the listing and use Report listing.
• Choose the reason and add details.

Report a user or conversation

• Use Report conversation in Messages or Contact Support.

Appeals

• Select Appeal Moderation when contacting Support.
• Include evidence and remain factual.

Submitting multiple reports for the same issue does not speed up processing.

Examples

• Open Settings → Help Centre to find this guide again.
• Use search in Help Centre for related policies and legal documents.

Common mistakes

• Looking for Help or Legal on the Profile menu — both live under Settings.
• Leaving ROVEXO to negotiate off-platform (purchase protection may not apply).
