Purpose

Appeal an automated moderation decision.

Explanation

If your listing or account action seems incorrect:

1. Review the notice shown on your listing or message.

2. Edit the listing if the issue is clear.

3. Submit Appeal Moderation via Contact Support with your listing link and explanation.

Each appeal is reviewed individually. Duplicate appeals do not speed up processing.

Examples

• Open Settings → Help Centre to find this guide again.
• Use search in Help Centre for related policies and legal documents.

Common mistakes

• Looking for Help or Legal on the Profile menu — both live under Settings.
• Leaving ROVEXO to negotiate off-platform (purchase protection may not apply).
• Skipping verification steps when ROVEXO asks for them.
